"No measurements" message on resting heart rate

Hello,

I just bought the fitbit charge 4. The baseline heart rate data summary of my resting heartrate has not worked ever, giving a "no measurements" message on an otherwise blank grey full-screen panel. No plots of previous days because it is new and has never worked. The heart rate monitor works fine for current status and after a run that it auto detected today the app worked as expected, giving me a fancy chart of my heart rate with respect to time during that time.

I have a huawei p20 lite os Emui v 9.1.0 . I have followed instructions given for similar problems, logging out, wiping the cache, force quitting and logging back in, as well as a full app reinstallation. I have configured the app to run all the time via the 'app launch' settings.

I'm not sure what else can be done. Any other suggestions?
