"Peak" "Cardio" and "Fat burn" read zero in the Fitbit app

After an exercise where my heart rate reaches well into my peak heart rate the Fitbit app shows zero in all heart rate zones except "below zones". It records my heart rate just fine and shows a correct graph of it even. Does anyone else have this problem?

I am using the pixel watch to track my exercises.

Thabka alot!

Nice to see that you're digging into the Fitbit Forums, welcome. @alexkaneperkins and @HamzaJVM Thanks for troubleshooting the issue with your heart rate data and for contacting our support team to report it as well.

Please confirm that your phone, Fitbit app and all apps are updated in your Pixel Watch. To check for app updates on a Pixel Watch, do the following:

  1. Click the side button to open the app drawer.
  2. Scroll down to “Play Store” and tap it.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Manage apps”.
  4. If you have app updates, you’ll see them here.
  5. You can tap “Update all” or tap each individually to update them.

If that doesn't help, please attach an image of both Fitbit app and Pixel Watch showing the missing details of your heart rate to keep investigating this issue.

Hi. I have the same issue with the Pixel watch + the Fitbit app. I had a chat with support and they said this is how the data is reported. I asked whether we need to wait for a software update and they said yes

Me: Fitbit shows 100% below zones even though the watch shows the zones
Fitbit agent: What happens is that your watch shows all the information and 100 and on the app shows the information separate

I mean, that's the way the information is tracked.

This makes no sense to me. Health Connect picks up all the stats correctly and shares them with other apps including Fitbit itself and shows all the zones.

Hope someone fixes this. Otherwise the Fitbit app is only useful for sleep tracking

So after playing around with the app I noticed that if you go into the tab with the heart (might show your resting heart rate) you will see tabs for Resting HR, Cardio Fitness, and Zones. These have more data and correlate to info shown on the watch during exercise. Also clicking that big Zone Mins button gives more data.

Why it does not show up on the main Today tab is beyond me.

I do see the correct zones when looking at the heart rate section of the app, but when I look at the run on its own screen for instance, the heart rate zones all read zero and it says the whole run was below all zones. It wont let me attach screenshots for some reason.... The app and watch are both up to date.
