"Time to log some water" even though water has been logged already

The Android app keeps telling me that it's time to log some water with 64 fl oz left all day long now even though I'm adding water consumption every time I drink.  When I go to record a glass of water it shows me what I have done, but returning to the default app screen afterward it shows nothing all day long.

@EdmundC Thanks for the reply and the results of your tests.

I am glad you have figured out how to get the data synchronized. Yeah information is logged on the app first, then it goes to the servers and then it should sync with the rest (Fitbit device included). It is just a matter of syncing then. I appreciate your patience.

@EdmundC Nice to see you again in the forums.

I will gladly help you regarding the water logs on the Fitbit app. Thanks for the explanation. I find that very odd. This could be an issue with the information displayed on the app on the main tile, since it seems the water is being logged. Please try logging out of your account on the app and then log back in. Make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date.

Thanks for your suggestions  Rodrigo - after posting I jumped onto an elliptical to get my hourly steps done and when the steps updated I saw the water update too.  I think that what's happening is that I enter the water on the app - which is clearly recording it - but the app display is showing what it gets updated via a download.  So entering the consumption will only appear once the new amount is upload to Fitbit and then downloaded back to the app.  Essentially just the potential for delays in multiple synchronizations.

It's interesting that I've made no changes in the way that I'm adding water consumption or working out and it's now working accurately all the time showing the amount every time I drink a little more.  The app has not been upgraded - it was not an app issue, but it seems that maybe it's been fixed at your end of things.😀

The current Android app update has helped a lot - synchronization is definitely getting better.  I don't see the data as ever being lost, just occasional sync problems in the old days.
