Can't get pass the app saying," check if versa 2 is on" & the watch is on and scrolling,"to start download the Fitbit app. The battery is fully charged and the app has already set up my profile.  I've tried going into the app and adding new device.

@Eestwood Welcome to the forums. I will be happy to help you get your Versa 2 syncing again. Let me explain. This message is shown when the device is in setup mode. This means you should set up the Versa 2 as a new device. Since you have tried that already, I recommend you take a look at the following article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi @Eestwood - sometimes it's necessary to restart both watch and phone to get them talking to each other. Make sure you are not using any other Bluetooth devices at that time.
