Hey @SunsetRunner very welcome to the Community! I do understand you, I was trying to gain weight and I did it from 115lbs to 120lbs. I create a Food Plan in my Online Dashboard, but on the current weight I placed my 115lbs and in the "I want to weigh" option I placed 120lbs and instantly the food plan said: "You want to gain 20lbs". Try to follow the instructions on this article "Food Plan". However, let me share with you a couple of screenshots to show you how it looks:
1. Log into your Online Dashboard (fitbit.com)
2. Click on Food
3. Scroll down to Food Plan
4. Click on the arrow until you see Plan Summary
5. On Plan Summary 6. Click "Edit Plan
9. If you already had a food plan you can start a new goal there.
I hope this helps!
