samsung s3 wont work

This is my second fitbit fkex as first one wouldn't work....and its the same with this one....what a waste of time and money.....feel completely let down...this was a xmas gift.

My samsung s3 detects the flex on bluetooth but wont pair or connect.

No app fixes or step by step guide on how to resolve this...just a customer who is let down.

Samsung GT-I9505  is a S4, not a S3 ?

if you're talking about another S3, which reference ?

some S3 are not BlueTooth 4.0 LE and cannot be paired.
