I just bought a brand new Alta HR on Monday. It is now Thursday and I have been trying for 4 days to set up my new fitbit. I have had many fitbits throughout the years and have had ZERO issues setting up a new device. I have deleted the fitbit app on my phone (Samsung S7) and reinstalled. I have restarted my phone multiple times- even rebooting to clear out the cache. I have turned bluetooth on and off multiple times. I have downloaded the latest software for my phone and have made sure I have the latest fitbit update. I have moved all other bluetooth devices away. I have my location setting on. I am at a loss and completely frustrated and disappointed as I was looking forward to using my new fitbit. Any advice at all???!?!?!??!?! I want to use it.. not just wear it for decoration on my wrist!! HELP!!

Hello @tnh7100, this can be frustrating at times.
May I ask at what step of the setup process does the setup fail?
Do you get any error messages.
Does the app find the tracker
Does the tracker display a code
Can you enter the code in
Etc
Does the setup always fail at the same spot?
