Hi @alanabanana welcome to the forums! well, in order to change the sleep tracking options, you can only do it via your computer, so please try the following:
1. On PC Dashboard, please go to the upper right corner and click on the "gear icon" and then on "Settings".
2. Then please go to the left side and click on "Devices"
3. Scroll down and you'll find the option to change the sleep sensitivity and don't forget to sync to save the changes.
