Take a picture with your cell phone. Then drop an email with the image  to support.   This is a very common issue.   If it can not be fixed and you are under warranty they will replace it.

Your asking about some type of problem on a Fitbit tracker of some model. However this has been posted on the Android Help board. Do you have an android issue we may help with?
