My Live Data does not light up green. I have completed all of the troubleshooting options for both my phone (Galaxy S7) and my Fitbit app. I haven't been receiving notifications for over a month. What is going on?

In this case I'd like to ask for some screenshots of what you see so that I can get a better understanding on the best way to proceed.
In regards to the notifications, please try to go through the steps listed in this help article. They should definitely help.
