Hi there @sasha83. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 😄

If your tracker is not syncing to your phone and you've already tried restarting your phone and the bluetooth and turned off the Blaze, I can recommend performing a restart on your tracker itself.

You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, it would be safe to reboot your phone as well and then, try to follow the set up process one more time by going to the Account section at the bottom right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Let me know how it goes!

Hmmm, that's strange @sasha83...

Make sure that you're pressing both of the buttons at the same time and that you're holding them for 10-12 seconds (which should be the time for it to restart. you will know it has restarted because it will turn off and come back on with the teal Fitbit logo).

The buttons you should be pressing are these:

Now, also, remember that you have to set up your tracker from the App and not from the bluetooth settings on your phone. Open up the Fitbit app, go to the Account section at the bottom right corner and here choose Set up a new device and follow the instructions.

Let me know how it goes!
