Does it sync automatically or do we have to plug to a computer to sync? I see no steps at all on my end? Thanks! Cory

It all depends on which fitbit model you have and whether you are trying to sync to an app or a computer. It can be an automatic process or it can be manual. There is a guide to syncing here:
