Here I go again with not syncing on my andriod phone. Works for a few months and then not syncing.  I am done with this company. They will tell me to do the same things over and over again . uninstall then reinstall the app ( which I have done). Restart the one which I have done. I truly think the do this on purpose so We will buy a new more expensive fitbit not happening.  At my wits rnd with this company and all the problems.

Well just syncing.  We will see how long it last this time. But I should not have to keep uninstalling and the reinstalling or restarting the one.

@princessalexiaI have never had any issues with my Fitbit One syncing. It's more reliable than the Ionic which I wear concurrently.. Have you update to App V2.67.1 ?.

An issue I found helped me with any syncing was to turn off the Bluetooth on the phone. Then let the Fitbit App restart that.  A sync then worked immediately.

By doing this it tells me you shouldn't have to do all the things Fitbit suggest.
