I cannot get my charge 2 to sync on my android phone. I uninstall the app, reinstall the app, unpair the Bluetooth, pair the blue tooth. I get nothing. The blue circle goes around and then I get a red star. Sometime if I uninstall and reinstall it will work but have tried that already 4 times today and nothing. HELP!!. I am getting really frustrated and ready to throw the fitbit away and try another brand of tracker.
Best AnswerFratchick, just called help..they told Me to turn my phone off and restart and I had a fit bit one on the account which I no longer use. They had me remove it and now it is syncing. Hope it still does tomorrow. Hope this helps you. Good luck!
