I cannot get my charge 2 to sync on my android phone. I uninstall the app, reinstall the app, unpair the Bluetooth, pair the blue tooth. I get nothing. The blue circle goes around and then I get a red star. Sometime if I uninstall and reinstall it will work but have tried that already 4 times today and nothing. HELP!!. I am getting really frustrated and ready to throw the fitbit away and try another brand of tracker.

Fratchick, just called help..they told Me to turn my phone off and restart and I had a fit bit one on the account which I no longer use. They had me remove it and now it is syncing. Hope it still does tomorrow. Hope this helps you. Good luck!
