Hi! My blootooth is on and the watch is next to my phone, but the fitnit app cant synce them together.

 

What can i do??

I have the same problem. My Samsung randomly went forward an hour, the fitbit didn't and after changing the time on the phone it won't sync and the time on the fit bit is still an hour over. Hope you get a resolution.
