Is there any way to adjust or add to your walking calorie count, while wearing a 25lb weight vest?
I know it increases calorie burn but not sure if it’s possible to record the increase?

Hello @qunasfoma welcome to the Fitbit Community!
While we currently do not have a feature to adjust the caloric count manually, you can always change your current weight to take into account the 25lb vest you wear:
On the other hand this sounds like a really good possible feature so you can also post it on our feature suggestions board. Our developers are keeping an eye on the most voted suggestions.
the only bad workout is the one that didn't happen

Hi @qunasfoma I apologize if I misread your post. In addition, the moderator changed your title. I'll try to give you an explanation based on how I'm interpreting your questions.
Fitbit estimates your calorie burn during activity using a combination of the accelerometer data and your heart rate. The formula is proprietary. Your Fitbit uses the increased heart rate while wearing the vest to calculate calories burned. Your increased intensity is reflected in your calorie burn.
You can get an estimate of your calorie burn with and without a vest by using this online rucking calculator. The only way you can see your calorie difference is to record the same walk with and without the vest.
I don't recommend changing your weight for each walk then changing it back. It's cumbersome and might lead to an erroneous estimate. A 150 lb person wearing a 25 lb vest isn't metabolically the same as a 175 lb person.
