Today (Sept 19th 2023) the new Fitbit app was installed on my android device. Nice app, but now only average steps per week/ month/ year are visible. I want to see total steps per week/ month/ year. Is this possible or could Fitbit make this possible?
update: already found

I'll have to wait until I get the update, before I can answer. I understand this update was only released this week

Yeah.. what is this? The data I looked at the most was steps per week. I don't care about the average.. give us these details back ASAP!

Thanks! This is super helpful as I was also getting mad with Fitbit so found it now. I would hope Fitbit would build an option to either show daily average if people want that or total steps per week etc as it was before as this is the section I look at the most as well and liked the graph

I personally never tried seeing these totals through they App, Ive always used the web at https://www.fitbit.com/activities where you can pick any week, month, year
Or any two dates like 3 in the middle of a week

Another negative of the app update. I keep going to check things I used all the time on the old version and realise that it's not there. Fitbit please reinstate all the functions from the previous version, including showing weight loss rather than current weight.
