tracking exercise

I have had the Alta for 2 wks. Today, it is no longer tracking exercise days.(the running man logo). It used to log days of exercise and tell me how i am doing towards my goal (of 5 days). Now all i see on dashboard is the running man logo and it says track exercise. When i click on it it says 0 of 5 days. Help!

After clicking on tile with running man logo, try going back to main screen, then back to that tile.  Lately for me it's not displaying until go there 2nd time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you for suggestion. For some reason its working today. I did "everything" yesterday as far as turning on/off, clicking etc, bluetooth on/off.  So i wish i knew the why/how in case it happens again.
