Welcome to the Forums @samuelghy! It seems that the Vivo X shot isn't in the list of compatible devices yet. However, it looks like it has all what it needs to sync. I'd try following the syncing troubleshoot provided here. Keep in mind that there are features that you won't be able to activate until the phone is added to the list.
