Hello @rzav, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering which upgrade are you referring, is this happening in your Fitbit app? Or is it happening for your Fitbit tracker regarding a firmware update?

 

Note that we do not have upgrades for database released through the Fitbit app, so I would like to know more details about your concern to find a solution for you.
