where to get general sales info for fitbit devices?

e.g. I want to buy a watch with hourly activity face or advanced reminders or/and me able to customize or/and not turning light during my sleep - in reddit my posts are banned (no clue why, Garmin reddit is fine at the same time), here nobody replies (what channel to post to?), the technical support has "not very knowledgeable" people with accents, in the store (best buy) they have dummy watches and again not very knowledgeable staff ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Odyssey13 there are no answers to my questions. where to ask them?

e.g. after trying UnInspire tracker with my Pixel 7 phone I want a watch which:

1) does not turn on during my sleep because of touch;

2) has hourly activity in its face;

3) ideally better notifications about hourly activities;

4) ideally way to customize through coding stuff there (I am in tech);

This sleep mode sucks. Why can I turn on the watch if I touch the screen during my sleep? I bought Garmin vivosmart 5 instead.
