From the support page: HRmax is 220-age but in my case the value on the training graph is absolutely wrong (exact value +18), from account -> fitbit settings -> heartbeat -> cardio zone I've set the correct value but the app use another wrong value (my value +7). This means that also all the cardio zones are wrong

What is happening???
