Since the recent update my zip won't sync. The calories will be thw steps and distance and time won't sync at all. I've followed all Instructions so am assuming it has to be an issue with the app

Hello @Katulou, good to see you here in our Fitbit Community. Many of the updates for the Fitbit app should not affect the communication between your tracker.
I wonder what steps you have tried on your own to troubleshoot this issue? In the meantime I recommend to review the following post for additional help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
Its possible you found here some similar recommendations from what you have tried already, but give it another try and keep me posted.

Running into the same issue with my surge and android app. I updated to new version about 8 hours ago, and sync worked fine for a bit. Did not restart my phone or change any settings. But now it says "tracker not found" for last 2 hours when I access the app on my phone (Samsung S7). I've restarted my phone 2x (because the update said I may need to reboot) to try to resolve the issue, but it still cannot find my tracker.

HA! I was able to get mine to work again. Don't think you can do this on the Zip, but I used the "shutdown" option on my surge and also turned off & then on my phone Bluetooth again. Once I turned on the Surge it synced fine again.
