2nd Dead Fitbit Aria

Hi all

I've use several Fitbit products. First the Flex, and one other wrist one before that and then one Aria and then another Aria. All my of the Fitbit products I've owned have had poor durability and there was no pathway for repair. This is not a sustainable policy from Fitbit and it's caused me to look at alternative products that are more durable and repairable.

For the wrist based products, the straps snapped on me.

For the Aria the first one failed, I can't recall why and the feet broke as well so it constantly turned itself on and wasted its battery

My second Aria had the same broken feet problem that Fitbit does not have a fix for and no repair options. The Aria stopped turning on one day so I'm no longer using that device. None of the available suggestions worked and the Aria has no repair options. This is really disappointing that they break easily in every day use and then there's no way to repair them.

Anyhow, I'd like to retrieve all of my weight data from Fitbit. I have data back to 2014 and I'd like to keep it all. The site only allows me to retrieve 30 days at a time. Is there any work around to grab all the data?

Thanks,

Ben

I'm interested in an answer to exporting all the data as well.

Here is the information on how to request an export of your entire account history that includes data from your start:

Hey there @jookieapcand @jivehonky. Nice to see you here and thanks @coastalhues for the input.

@jookieapc I'm sorry to know about the trouble experienced with your devices. Your feedback is appreciated, Fitbit is always working to improve its products and services provided. As @coastalhues posted above, you can check on that help article how to request a complete archive of your Fitbit account data.

Thanks for stopping by, see you around.
