Why is fitbit customer services SHOCKING how do they get away with ignoring customers that pay £££ for goods that basically cease working and you not response from Fitbit. I have had 3 cases ignored and no reply from emails. My scales just stopped working and everything the forum says doesn't work.. change the battery, take out for 30 sec, wipe the contacts, stand on one with your left arm in the air whist sticking your tongue 👅 out chanting still don't work...
Same my new Aria Air has never worked correctly and there is no decent support. Buying these products are like tossing money in the air. I loved my old one and would not have gotten a new one except it got water in the top of it. Super disappoining.
