ARIA scale wont recognize me - calls me guest

My Aria scale has decided I am a guest.

I have reallocated a months worth of reading to myself.

I have removed batteries and reconnected as well as weighed myself 10 times in a row. I am still a guest.

Any ideas what to do now?

When guest comes up, step down hard on the lower right corner until your initials come up.

Good luck fixing this. Same boat. Nothing fixes it and this **ahem** bag of a company could care less. How customer service works in this country now however. Just irrelevant.

I was able to "fix" this by losing more weight (18 lbs). Eventually I must have got within range so the scale recognized me.

Mine has given my husband my set up so I'm now 40 pounds heavier! Glad yours got fixed!
