ARIA2 - add second user but showing as “guest” on scales

This seems an issue that hasn’t been resolved for years! 

I have tried to add new user, they accepted via app  - nothing so I checked on here. They then went to desktop & accepted. The acceptance appears on their web page & my app yet Aria 2 still shows “guest” whenever they stand on it. 

Also my partner had to change password (using face recognition & forgot password). Now she can access desktop but not app - we have both input the correct email/password several times & it states incorrect password. Is there a lag or an issue
