Air air won’t read my weight

My Aria Air has just stopped reading my weight. I have changed batteries to no avail. When I get on it just reads stay blank except some dashes on the top of the screen then goes off. Strangely, it will sync to my iPhone 12,  but will read like a kilo even though I don’t see anything happening

Good morning Tracey how long have you had the scale? Is there any physical damage? If no damage  Do you have warranty  return scale if possible with receipt copy

Hello @Tracey33nz and welcome to the Community.  Here is a link to the Aria Air manual.  Those dashes across the top are an error message -- that you exceed the maximum weight (p 13).  If you don't exceed the maximum weight, then please restart your scale (p 12).

• Hold the scale so you can see the screen
• Touch and hold the button for 5 seconds until the scale screen flashes otA
• Touch and hold the button for another 5 seconds until the screen says clr
• The button doesn't move much when you touch it -- it only takes a light touch

I am also having issues with my Aria Air I purchased in April. At first it was only showing 0.0 when I stepped on the scale. I went through the steps you listed above. Now it starts flashing random numbers anywhere from 10 lbs to 350 lbs… more than 200 lbs more than I weigh.
