My Aria Air is set up on line at Fitbit.com and the app is installed on my phone. The scale does synk to my phone but it does not calculate my BMI or send it to my phone... It send my weight only. How to I get the BMI to function.
My height, weight and sex is filled in in my profile

Hello @Boopsie2 and a warm welcome. When you step on you scale, the popup displays your weight, but not the BMI. The BMI is displayed in the weight log of the Fitbit app. When you tap on your weight tile > any day's weight > you will see your BMI. You can follow you BMI graph over time. Just swipe to the left on the weight graph until you see the BMI graph. This is not explained well in the Aria Air manual . I am trying to figure out why it might be this way. The idea that comes to mind is that a user isn't identified until you tap on the Save option. Only then can it calculate a BMI.
