Aire scale batteries drain

The battery died in my scale and when I replaced them the scale says searching and doesn’t stop searching until the batteries are dead again.

Hi @Shanena, from what I understand, in order for the Aria Aire to sync:

 

1.) the phone needs to have the Bluetooth ON and be nearby

2.) the Fitbit app has to be open

 

Have you tried either of those steps?
