I have just purchased the scale and they do not sync....apparently fitbit are working on it according to other threads...what a shame....£50 and sport direct do a set for £6....they don't sync to anything....but neither do the fit it ones..... I will be returning then for a refund...still selling then know their is a problem...... #cheapbit

Sorry to hear, however if you want to voice your opinion directly to Fitbit, posting on this forum likely won't help.  While Fitbit employees do sometimes see these forums, this board is mostly for user-to-user support.

If you want anyone to see your post that actually works for Fitbit, then you need to contact them via the "Help" link at the bottom of the site.
