no idea whats happening app not working and can't change WiFi network on arias

 

Looking poor at best.

Hi @BMJ68, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the app is not working and cannot change the WiFi network on your Aria 2.

 

In order to better assist you, are you getting any error message when trying to change the network or in the Fitbit app. If possible, provide a screenshot of the error message.
