Arai scales- i want to view my dashboard on a pc computer

My pc dashbaord no longer opens and the display has only an option advising to download on mobile device- Why?? My devices are work owned and I dont want personal data or details within that envoronment...

as of July 8, 2024 there is no more dashboard on the computer. Fitbit's announcement about the dashboard and they can change what services are provided, per Section 18 of the Terms of Service.
