Area 2 not giving the option of choosing the second user

Please help - we have the new Aria 2 scale and two of us are using it with almost identical weights. For awhile, when our weights were different, the two icons appeared and we would tap to establish the right person. But for three days now, with our weights identical, it does not give an option and only one of our  icons appear (the same icon each time) no matter who gets on the scale. We do not get the option to tap for the other person's icon.

Please help.

@Kerriemj It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Aria 2 since it's not giving you the option to select the second user.

 

Please make sure that your profile Dashboards have your weight updated. After this, re-calibrate the scale by weighing yourselves 5 times in a row.

 

In addition, I'd like you to take a look at this help article and follow the steps that are listed.
