Fitbit user since 2013. I have two Aria v1 scales (let's call them "Aria #1" and "Aria #2"). At various times they were both connected to my account. Now I only use one of them ("Aria #1") since the other one ("Aria #2") is broken. The scale successfully logs weight. However it recently started confusing me with my partner and not allowing me to change the user. Previously I could log into fitbit.com, go to Devices, select "Aria #1" and correct recent weights. But now I only see "Aria #2" in the device list (battery empty, last weight-in long time ago).
How can I fix this? How can I correct the weights sent by "Aria #1" if the device is not showing up in my account?
