My app is up to date and show bmi is enabled but my bmi is not shown and there is a 2 pound difference between my weight displayed on the scales and the app. Please advise?

@Lesdou Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is not providing BMI readings and the weight is inaccurate. Please make sure that your scale is placed on a hard surface and you are stepping on it barefoot.

 

In the meantime, restart your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourself 5 times in a row and see if the issue gets fixed.
