Hi Fitibit folks,
My Aria 2 hasn't been showing or tracking my body fat % since the end of 2019. I tried the fixes you suggested then, but they didn't work. Now, I tried them again just in case. Still nothing, so it could be time for a new thread.
Are you planning to address this given how many people were frustrated on earlier threads?
Right now, the Aria 2 is a sleek but simple scale for me that, ok, happens to track weight over time. However, the fat % was a key argument for spending the extra money and this not being addressed while so many people are annoyed is frankly disappointing.
Any updates (or vouchers to invest in a new and better product) would be much appreciated!

Same thing happened to me. Waiting for more support since all the trouble shooting steps did not resolve issues

It started happening to me around the same time all I see is --% and nothing has worked to fix it is also part of the reason I bought such an expensive scale

Mine too. I was hoping I could fix it, but apparently not.

Hi @fitbit moderators (e.g., @JonFitbit, @AnaFitbit, @AmyFitbit, @DelFitbit),
Would you mind adding your input and updating us on the Aria2 fat percentage bug? Everyone on this thread (and likely others who haven't responded) has tried the fixes the moderators suggested on other threads, so those will probably be useless. Thanks!

Why aren’t they responding? I’ve called and was told it was escalated to tech support months ago.

Has anyone gotten any answer on how to correct the problem yet? I’m one of the people having issues that hasn’t written in & know others.

I've been getting tech supports emails telling me to 'restart your Aria 2 by removing the battery and pressing the restart button, for the 100th time.' Nothing has been of any value and my scale is essentially useless. For the price they charge for these things you would think Fitbit would provide support of some kind!!!!
