Aria 2 Scale invites are not being sent

Hello, 

 

Me and my mum are using the same fitbit aria 2 scale and we both have fitbts. When we go to invite each other to use the scale (so we dont have to do the set up after everytime the other person has been on it) the invites wont go through?

@meg_maddison97 I noticed that you just joined our Fitbit forums. Welcome aboard! Let me help you with this issue so you and your mother can use the scale properly. Please follow the process to send the invites through the web-based Dashboard as advised in this help article. Make sure that this process is done through a computer.

Happening to me too, no invites appear either via app or via email.  Email is not in spam folder.

 

The invites sent from within the mobile app (Android) do not function at all.  Inviting via the website worked.
