Aria 2 Scale is not connecting to WiFi

Hi there,

I am having problems with my Aria 2 scale. It stop synchronizing for more than 154 days. I have tried all the steps that were available on FitBit website but with no success. Does any have issues with this lately?

I do, but with my Aria Air.  I haven't found any other solutions to it, other than doing a factory reset, which is only a temporary solution.  If I find something else, I'll report back.

It seems there was an update that has impacted wifi. Even I am facing issues. I tried all possible ways for example factory reset, removing or changing batteries multiple times. But no luck. And I wonder if Fitbit cares about these devices any more!

I *just* reconnected mine after 696 days since last synched. It's a process, but I gotchu (hopefully 🤞🏻). First turn your phone's Bluetooth ON, then proceed:

1.  Go to www.fitbit.com/settings

Select your Aria 2 Device 1000011146.png

  •  Go to your profile and hit the trash can

2.  Reset the scale:

  • Remove one battery, wait 10 second
  • Keep the tiny WiFi button pushed in while you place the battery back in. DO NOT LET GO, it's difficult.
  • Keep pressing the WiFi button, I did it for a good 30 seconds and released.
  • You'll see a loading bar on the display. Then the usual "www.fitbit.com/setup" - but that is a dead URL.

3.  Open the FitBit App:

  • Tap the Devices button at the top left

  •  select the Add Device at the bottom and follow the prompts from there!

Hope this works!!

Delite the fitbit app and reinstall it.  It worked for me 🙂
