Aria 2 Thinks I'm Guest. Tried resetting, removing, etc.

I've been losing weight and my scale for months has not recognized me. After reading from the community, I've tried resetting the Aria 2. Removing and re-adding to my account. It still insists I'm Guest.

Hi @Alleq7.   Can you clarify two thing, please?  By reset, do you mean you did a factory reset and had to set it up again as a new device?  Are you the only user?  I know this sounds like a Captain Obvious question, but are you listed in the People Using This Scale?

I don't know if either of these things are a guarantee.  One user logged some weights manually.  Then the scale recognized them.  Fitbit says it will assign a weight to a guest if there is an eight pound difference between the weights of known users.  My Aria 2 will make me a guest on my own scale for no apparent reason.  I can get it to recognize me if I weigh myself in socks.  Sometimes I will get the head with a question mark icon, then the option to assign it.

Good luck.
