Hi

 

I recently bought Aria 2 to help with my weight-loss but whenever i weigh myself the scale keeps telling me to shift the weight to the right, as soon as i do that it tells me to shift to the left. Instead of measuring my weight it just keeps telling me to center my weight. After a while I receive an Error Code 6 (Your weight wasn't centered on the scale). But when i stand on the scale in the opposite direction it instantly measures my weight.The scale is placed on an even surface and i don't move it from its place.

 

Is my scale defective ?

 

Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

@Nasr Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Aria 2 is not measuring your weight properly. Please restart your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. Once this has been done, weigh yourself 5 times in a row in order to re-calibrate your scale and see if the issue gets fixed.
