I’ve tried everything. Took out the batteries for a day. Put them back in. Weighed myself 10 times in a row. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works.
Has anyone found a fix?

@MikeM5 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'll be glad to assist you with your Aria 2 since it won't provide your body fat percentage. Thank you for trying the recommended troubleshooting steps before contacting our forums.
Please make sure that your Aria 2 is placed on a hard surface and you are standing on it still and barefoot. If these details are already covered, try setting up your scale from scratch and see if your body fat percentage is calculated.
Keep me posted on the outcome!

Just tried that. Did a hard factory reset on the device, using the instructions from the manual. Also uninstalled and a reinstalled the app. Set up the device from scratch and it still doesn’t work.
