Aria 2 always displays "ERROR"

I have Aria 2 synced with my iPhone, connected to wifi network. But when I stand on the Aria 2 scale (my weight is around 155lb), it displays foot icons for a few seconds and then displays "ERROR".

@jding, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. I would like to follow up and would like to know if the error message still appears or if it got resolved.
