Aria 2 assigns my weight as guest

Hi, I'm having a similar problem except I have three users registered with three different icons for my scale. When I weigh myself, the scale only asks me if I'm user one. When I tap on the left side on the X to tell the scale that I am not that user it then registers me as a guest instead of asking me if I'm one of the other users so that I can confirm that instead. 

 

How do I get the skill to ask me if I'm the correct user? 

 

I've tried removing the batteries as you mentioned above and resetting it but the same thing happens again.

I've moved your post to this new thread so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and for the steps tried prior to posting. Before anything else, may I know if your weight is similar to the other users? I'm asking this as your Aria 2 may assign your weigh-in to a guest when your measurements are similar to another user.

 

Assuming that's not your case, please check if your height, weight, and gender are all entered correctly under the Fitbit profile settings. Then, weigh on the scale 3 consecutive times and reassign any guest weight to the correct person. The scale should recognize you by your 3rd weigh in.
