The last week or so, our Aria 2 changed the body fat % at weigh-ins 10-20% for both profiles using the weight and has continued to keep the high % since. We have tried resetting the scale without result. Any ideas what might be the issue?
Thank you.
Edit: The only thing out of the ordinary during this period, that I can think of, is that the temperatures are unusually high for Denmark right now (but no higher than 30C / 86F).

Hi Whiteberry and everyone else,
I had the same issue 3 years ago and, since then, sadly no solution found.
Before turning to a different brand and product, I just wanted to share a thought or two, perhaps of particular interest for the technical support out there: could it be due somehow to the surface cleaning methods? I remember I had cleaned my scale, for the first time, with a commercial glass/windows-specific spray detergent when the disaster happened.
Any solvent or detergent maybe screwing irreversibly the electrodes?
I hope it helps, and good luck with your next purchases 😉

Mine went up 10% one day this fall and now it remains at exactly that number—no fluctuation at all. My guess is that they calibrate to some “average” and that average group changed recently. Otherwise I can’t figure it out since nothing changed here. Same scale, same place, etc. I’ve hidden that measurement since it’s obviously not working.
