Aria 2 body fat is staying the same

I’ve had my aria 2 scale for over a year now. When I first got it the body fat changed everyday for a couple days but all of a sudden it stopped changing. It has been saying 5% body fat everyday and even when my friends used it, it also said 5% body fat. Is it broken or something?

@Sk8erqueen Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the body fat issues that your Aria scale is experiencing. Please restart your scale by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and put them back in. After this, weigh yourself 5 times and see if the issue gets fixed.
