Aria 2 body fat is way off

I have repeatedly monitored the same behaviour from my Aria 2. Bodyfat measurements slowly but steadily creep up each day. Resetting it (taking batteries out), changing sex in profile and calibrating with 5 consecutive weight ins, switching to "lean mode" and back, sometimes fixes the issue for a week and then BF starts climbing up again. Attached is a screenshot with latest measurements, and a picture of me showing progress for the last 6 months and weight gain from 76 kgs (BF measurements were about 18%) to 85 kgs (current BF measurements at about 20%).

 

The scale is placed on flat and hard surface (wooden flooring), I step on it with bare feet. Measurements are performed each morning after my usual routine so the conditions are identical during each measurement.

 

I bet my current shape is not 20%+ BF! I must say I think I am not lean enough to have "lean mode" enabled so I keep it off.
