Aria 2 body fat readings are inaccurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My body fat keep measuring 43%, it is impossible I have that because I am 193 cm and 102 kg, fit person. I have read the issues previously submitted and done everything advised to get rid of the issue, no success.

Will Aria release a new update for this problem anytime soon?

I think it is unfortunate for such a company not to be able to solve this problem so far.

Good day to all.

@Altay Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the inaccurate body fat readings that you are experiencing with your Aria 2. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know if you restarted your Aria 2 by taking out the batteries for 15 seconds and weighed yourself 5 times in a row.

Regarding your question, please check out this help page, which explains more information about firmware updates.

Yes. Same issue. 5'6' female, in shape, 25" waist...it says I'm obese (36.5%). It has for years. Restarted it over and over. What a depression spark. So over it. When will this be resolved?
