Hello,
I am using Windows 10 laptop with Bluetooth enabled and FitBit application installed, to setup my Aria 2 scale.
After getting 4 digit code on the scale and typing it in the windows application, I am seeing 'Can't find device' 'Were unable to connect to your Aria 2'
Below is the error screen and my router network settings. My router is Vodafone Gigabox firmware
XS_3.4.14.11
I would appreciate help with this.
Kind regards,
Jakub

Hi All,
I managed to set it up using Android device, nevertheless I think Fitbit team could fix this issue for Windows laptops as not everyone has Android devices on hand and I was close to throwing this scale out the window.

So just got an aria 2 and trying to setup and link with phone, Samsung note 9. I've tried all the methods mentioned but to no avail. I'm not sure why I need to link it with any wifi as I'm connecting thru phone and have Bluetooth turned on. It keeps searching for wifi, which even if it could find (which it doesn't) would need a password to connect with, which I'm not sure how I would type into scale. How do I get around this to set up service strictly thru phone and Bluetooth? It does read weight, btw, but keeps me as a guest as it can't connect to anything.
