Aria 2 can't be set up

Hi,

Just buyed Aria 2 scale and it's not seing the wifi, I used the app, it scans forever without finding any wifi. I have over 20 devices (tablets, cells, wireless cams, apple tv, chromecast etc ..) connected to my wifi, they all connected smoothly .. but this aria 2 scale is giving me hard time .. First I tried with my cell (The Google pixel 3xl) .. then I thought it may be some issue related to Android, then tried on the app of my wife's cell (Iphone 7) .. same thing .. not seeing the wifi .. Then I took my laptop with windows 10, installed the fibit app, conected to app and had same issue .. not wifi is displayed...

I linked the Aria with the app, that's easy works fine .. but the scale on wifi is not working, it's ridiculous to have to go over the wifi to store weight in the app... why that could be done by Bluetooth, just like my Charge 2 watch does ..

Here are the settings of my wifi, I don't see what is wrong .. is this some issue with the scale and going to the vendor to get  a new one will fix the issue ... what are your suggestions .. (as well is that normal that the scale turns off quite fast .. batteries are full ... I can see them on the fitbit app

If I can't have the scale working with the app, it's useless .. I will go for a refund ..

It was the scale the issue .. I returned back ... and got a new one

I even wen't to my neighbor to test the wifi same problem, .. the scale displays set-up and turns off right away, as I mentioned.

This morning I went to the vendor, returned the aria 2 and got a new one, exactly identical same model and color (aria 2 withe)

Back home, it connected like a charm to my wifi, the scale didn't turnoff during during the set-up, it connected right away and works fine, now I can see results in the fitbit app 👍
